Q2:I would like a copy of your company brochure...
A2:We are sorry, but we do not send any materials.Please visit our website and research the company.
Q3:What kind of people do you want?
A3:We are looking for people with good communication skills and an insatiable desire to improve.
Q4:Are there any restrictions on academic background, age, gender, nationality, etc. when applying?
A4:There are no restrictions. No experience is necessary, as long as you are interested in this industry and have a lot of motivation.
Q5:What is the hiring process? How long does it take?
A5:Basically, the selection process is as follows.
①Application screening
②First round interview (department head, human resources manager)
③Second interview (board member, human resources manager)
④Final interview (President)
⑤Conditional cues (built-in)
⑥Applicant's Consent
⑦Adoption
Please note that the time from application to employment varies for each applicant, but averages between one and two months.
Q6:Are there any qualifications that I should obtain?
A6:There is no specific qualification that you must obtain before joining the company, but if possible, it is recommended that you obtain a regular driver's license by the time you join the company.
Q7:How much experience is required?
A7:It does not matter if you have no experience in the industry. If you are confident in this area, we will be able to find a field for you. If you are confident in these areas, there is a field in which you can be active.
